The reason, I frankly use this tongue here is, that if you do not understand this, you are anyway not interested in the content.
This one is about film reviews by people, who even earn money doing this: Mark Kermode! The one paying them is the BBC. Furthermore they also provide the shows as Mp3. You can either browse old volumes or stay uptodate with podcast: everything can be found here. If you do not know what podcast is, have a look in wikipedia. A nice client is Nimiq. If you know an even better one, tell me which and don’t forget to tell me why you think its better.
Did I mention, that the shows are in English …?
